What’s happening People!

#DaRundown Sports Podcast is back for the second time this week. We’re getting back in on football before the week is out. I wanted to talk a lil college football. Here in Atlanta the only team ever really in the conversation is the University of Georgia. UGA year in and year out always seem to get close, have the momentum, and usually the talent to make a run but somehow they always trip up a long the way.

This has caused some to question Mark Richt as the Head Coach and if his style of leadership could be the reason why Georgia is never in a title game. The College Football Playoff give Dawg fans hope that if the trend continued (and it did this year).

With out Aaron Murray back there Todd Gurley is the main attraction on offense. He’s being compared to the long list of UGA alum that played running back at the school along with some other legends. He’s now a Heisman candidate but he needs Georgia to go far for that to happen.

I invited Jeremy Attaway (@MaconDawg) from DawgSports.com, where they cover all things athletic going down in Athens, GA, to help sort out the feelings of the Dawg fans in all of these areas and more.

Enjoy
